OYSTERS |
|
The oysters are packed in different size crates made from poplar wood. Our sea oysters are graded according to weight from 1 to 5 (as shown on table below)

We package crates of 15 Kg, 13 Kg, 10 Kg, 8 Kg, 7 Kg, 6 Kg, 5 Kg, 4 Kg, 3 Kg, 2 Kg 1,5 Kg and 1 Kg. |

MUSSELS |
|
The mussels are packaged in bags (sacks) of 15 Kg, 10 Kg, 5kg et 2 Kg. We may also take the byssus off the mussels , scrap them and clean them so that they are ready to cook. (The byssus being the thread produced by mussels in order to attach to rocks). |

Moreover, we also have tubs of mussels prepared under “modified atmosphere” which enables the consumer to wait for a maximum of 8 days before eating them. (DLC). |
