The “Perle Fine” was founded in 1968 by Michel Godefroy. Today the Oyster farm is managed by his two sons Rodolphe and Stéphane. We are Oyster and Mussel breeders and we breed them on Oyster and Mussel beds in the open sea.

Our oyster farm is located in Gouville-sur-mer on the West coast of the French department of la Manche called the Cotentin.

This part of France has the greatest ocean tides in Europe providing excellent sea-water quality.

We have established a high quality control of our products with certified Traceability for the whole of our production.
